Construction of 6,460 m², civil works, sanitary, electrical, and thermomechanical installations, lighting, elevators, medical gases, and multilayer pipes with accessories, fixed equipment, partitions, lockers, and furniture. As a culmination of the work, landscaping, lighting, and afforestation were carried out on the exteriors.
