Construction of two towers with 44 floors, two underground floors of 160 m height and a total Surface of 62,600 m2. The project also include civil works, reinforced concrete and steel structures, plumbing, gas, power, and lighting installations, fire-fighting service, air conditioning, elevators and special hoists, installations of special systems for high-rise buildings.
