Construction of a highway in Pontevedra, Buenos Aires Province, with an approximate length of 25.2 km, crossing the cities of Ituzaingó, Merlo, and La Matanza. It includes the construction of basic infrastructure and pavement structures on main roadways, access points, collector roads, and elevated interchanges at intersections with provincial and national roads, as well as the construction of bridges at intersections and railway crossings.
