Execution of a project that includes construction engineering, procurement of the BoP, construction, commissioning, and assistance with startup. The combined cycle closure of the Thermal Power Plant adds 150 MW, through the installation of a 54 MW gas turbine, four HRSG boilers, and two 44 MW steam turbines.
