Privacy policy

All visitors´ personal information, obtained as a result of he/her accessing the Site, shall be subjected to this privacy policy. The Argentinean Society of Construction and Strategic Development, SACDE CO, guarantees the safety and confidentiality of the data submitted by Users, adopting reasonably effective security protection levels of personal data, installing all technical means and devices feasible and available to the industry to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data.

However, Users shall bear in mind that all safety measures currently offered by Internet are not invulnerable and the protection of personal information, willingly submitted, is not absolute. Likewise, the maintenance and hosting of the Site may be provided by third parties, whose data safety and protection measures are not in the custody of SACDE and for whom the latter is not liable.

Therefore, SACDE shall not be liable under any circumstances for the disclosure of Users´ personal data by outside sources nor shall it be liable for any damages caused by them. Additionally, SACDE shall not be liable for illegal access or system or database violation by unauthorized individuals; or for misuse of information obtained through these means.

This Site gathers information obtained in its database when the visitor enters them directly. This information will be used by the personnel in charge of the Site and contracted third parties, with the purpose of sending information expressly authorized by Users or answering inquiries and/or requests for information by visitors.

Use of Cookies. SACDE reserves the right to use “Cookies”. Cookies are text files containing a small volume of data sent by the Web Server to its browser and which are stored in the hard disk of the computer for a limited period of time. They are used to learn about browsing behavior, interest and preferences of website visitors in order to adjust its content and service to their needs. Cookies are no threat to either privacy or safety of your data. Cookies are only anonymously associated with visitors and their computers and do not provide name or surname of site visitors. Visitors may limit installation and/or duration of Cookies in their computers, configuring their browser so that they are notified on the screen, thus preventing the installation of cookies in their hard disk.
